The staff is friendly and funny. The beds are super comfortable. The location is perfect, with a mall and train station nearby. The hotel gave a complimentary cake on my birthday.

The hotel wasvery comfy and tidy, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and polite. The breakfast had a wide selection of options, and I appreciated the option of in-room service. The hotel's location near the Coex mall was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from. there was a convenient store nearby that offered good coffee and a variety of items.

The rooms had stains on the floor and a damp smell, quite unpleasant. The bathroom had noticeable rust on the rails, not appealing at all.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were helpful and professional, always ready to assist with any request I had. The room, particularly the junior King suite, was excellent, offering spacious accommodations and avery comfy and tidy environment. The breakfast buffet provided a huge variety of options, ensuring there was something for everyone. the hotel's convenient location near the Hyundai department store and two major shopping centers made it easy to explore the city and enjoy a relaxing or productive stay. The transportation in this city was also easy to figure out, with many trains running and the hotel being located on the northwest side.

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Intercontinental in Seoul. The location of the hotel is perfect for anyone on a business trip, with major businesses and shopping just steps away. The hotel itself is luxurious, with spacious and pleasant rooms. The breakfast selection was excellent, with Korean options as well as fruits, yogurt, and eggs. The Metropolitan Health Club was a great bonus, with great workout facilities and a large sauna area. We were also delighted to find amenities like a tea kettle, minibar, and espresso maker in our room. the staff were courteous and responsive, providing really good service throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Seoul.

The room size was spacious and the overall decor exuded a grand old world luxury. The hotel's location next to the Samseong metro station was perfect for exploring the sights and attractions south of the river. I also really enjoyed the Club InterContinental lounge experience, with excellent food, great views, and a fantastic team of staff to attend to all my needs.

Upon arrival, I had an issue with the room reservation for my child. The bed provided for my child was inadequate and the hotel charged extra for bedding.

During our recent stay at the Grand Intercontinental, we experienced a problem with our luggage during check-in. the hotel staff were really nice too rectify the situation and find a solution. They promptly retrieved our bags from a guest who had mistakenly received them and ensured they were delivered to our room without further delay.

While there may have been minor issues, such as a slightly dated bathroom and the lack of a middle door in the room, these did not detract from the overall positive experience we had at the hotel.

This hotel was a luxurious and exclusive experience with exceptional amenities. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and sun loungers were perfect for relaxation, while the restaurant offered delicious dishes with special diet menus. the service was attentive and professional, ensuring that all of my needs were fulfilled.

There was only one minor issue we encountered, and that was the distance from the major tourist attractions. Although the location does have its advantages, getting to the city center required a bit more driving time than what we had anticipated.
